Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, you need to login. Once the product is in transit, cancellations won’t be applicable. Order will be taken back only if found damaged, within 3 days of delivery.
Complaints and Grievances
In case if you have any product or post- delivery complaints/grievances, you must notify us within 3 days of having received the order. Suitable action will be taken accordingly.
If your ordered products have arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or are different from what was ordered, request you to reach out to us on the given number on the website or via mail.
DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. We do not ship our products on Sunday
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within a maximum of 2-5 business days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery Status
For any delivery related issue request you to please notify us within 3 days of having received your delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner.

Refunds and Returns
Only defective and damaged products can be returned within 3 working days from the day of delivery. The refund amount will be processed via RazorPay within 15 working days.
