Enjoy Seekh Kebab in Burpease’s Style

Oh sure we love kebabs like anything! Thanking the Afghans and Mughals with every bite that they brought Kebabs along with many other delicacies with them… The more we talk  about this, the aroma of its rich spices starts taking over our sensory imaginations… 

However, no matter how much we crave the smacking tastes of kebabs, we simply can’t ignore the amount of cholesterol's they accompany along with the deliciousness, and no matter how much we argue over it, the deep frying oils that add crispiness to your so called healthy kebabs takes away the Hara Bhara nutrition with every frizzle.... So? Shall we give up on our much loved kebabs??!!! “Definitely Not!”.

 

Dear my foodie friends... Here I present to you one of the Healthiest “no fry” “no potatoes” kebab recipe that’s not only “Hara Bhara” and “Laal” but with lower Cholesterols and Higher in Nutritions.... so let’s get started.

 

Cooking time- 20 minutes

Preparation time- 15-30 minutes

Serves-  2 – 4 people

 

Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoon diced Onions
  2. 1 tablespoon diced Capsicums
  3. 1 tablespoon diced Tomatoes

    ( You can add more vegetables of your choice. It will definitely add taste ke sath extra health bhi)

  1. 1 Burpease’s Instant Beetroot Chilla Mix
  2. 1 Burpease’s Instant Spinach Chilla Mix
  3. 1 table spoon Olive Oil
  4. Pan for Cooking
  5. Skewers
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Black Pepper for seasoning.
  8. Cutlery

Cooking time!

First- Chop the veggies in dices.

Step Two-  Take two bowls, add Burpease’s Instant Beetroot Chilla Mix in one bowl and Burpease’s Instant Spinach Chilla Mix in another bowl and add little water to make a smooth batter.

Step Three- Add a teaspoon of Olive  oil or as you prefer. Let it heat for a few minutes. Once heated, pour the batter and spread it with a spatula.

Step Four- Sauté the veggies for a few minutes and seasonings of your choice.

Step Five- Roll the chillas made and cut it into three or four bite size parts. Insert each piece of the cooked veggies, then add chilla kebabs and follow the sequence of arrangement.

Your favourite “No Fry” seekh kebab is ready! Serve it with your favourite choice of dip and enjoy.
